Well, I was curious how exactly this "promise" works, truth is I didn't check it several months ago when I bought the "system" from Paul. But now when I put it on my site I wanted to learn how it functions, so I did some "detective work" here.

In fact its quite intresting. I found out that this way of billing is very common. Ok, so here how it works:
3rd party company makes the billing, in this case its ClickBank.com . So, ClickBank sends you the billing confirmation BUT, they dont pass the money to the site itself for several weeks!
They keep the money to see if there will be any cancellations. When a costumer wants to "activate" the money back guarantee he sends the request to the 3rd party company(Clickbank in this case).

More then that, the "money back guarantee" is Clickbank's policy! That means that anyone who wants to sell through Clickbank must work under this guarantee. In other words the clients are protected by the 3rd party(Clickbank) Policy.

Its getting better! If at any stage a certain site has a high percent of cancelling, Clickbank will stop working with him, in that way they make sure that only good products are offered through them. And you as a client know that you buy a product that has a very low cancel percentage.

Anyway, truth is it doesnt matter, except for curiosity. This method works, it works like a charm (no magic though ;) ).
