Meditation - Vipassana

Well, I think that the only good thing (except this site of course) that happened to me because of my tinnitus is discovering the Vipassana.
Vipassana is a Buddhist meditation technique. I can talk about it all day long, but its much better if you read from their official site at:

I will only say this:
1. I really recommend it, I think it's one of the best things happened to me in my life.
2. It could heal my tinnitus (and any other disease probably). But, only after long period of practicing, that's what I call "the hard and long way".
Still, it's worth the try, and when you practice it daily, the results are incredible.
